Trying to find the “Best” , ends up having the worst

What I mean by that is , there is lots of times in my life where I try to find the best and every of them end up with disappointment because I don’t ask myself the most important question

“why”

without the answer for “why” I just walk without knowing where I am going or why I am going , I just go to the road which looks prettiest (“best”) until it is not anymore . when the road becomes ugly I start to questioning and only then I realize that I don’t need what I’m gonna find at the end of the road .

The sad truth is there is no best or perfect road , there is best road for your needs . to be successful I must decide what I need and go for it whether the road is pretty or not . so I thought it would be good to decide what I need in my first post .

What I need ?

I was always creative , when I was a kid the thing i enjoy most was figuring out how machines work and how i can make one . in all of my student years I thought of what my job will be , to decide which one is the “best” I should have try them right ? so i tried electronics , programming , game developing , 3d designing and even writing a book . years went by and I couldn’t decide until 3th year of high school . one day it did just blink in my mind , I wanna be an engineer ! the ironic thing is it was perfect job for me but I couldn’t see it because I was too busy searching for “best” job .

After that day I asked the question of how to become an engineer and how to make my dream projects , but I fell into same mistake again . I tried the most obvious one going to university , but when the results came I thought “I can do better” . fast forward its been 3 years since i graduated from high school but this time I don’t think I can do better . because I realized that all I did in those 3 years was trying to find the “best” way and give up when it starts to get hard . today it will change , I will choose a road and go for it .

The road

Lets start with some questions:

what I wanna do ?

I wanna design and manufacture machines , especially

• cars
• planes
• heavy industry machines

how I can do that

1. I can go to university become an mechanic engineer find investor and then start a project
2. I can have a job related to manufacturing machines , like welder or cnc operator then create projects as a hobby with my salary
3. I can create a youtube channel and make projects for content with crowd funding

Decision

There is quite few options though only one of them seems logical. because its easier and what I like most my goal is to make cars . I am dreaming of making exotic cars for last 3 years but I don’t have chance to make same mistake again so I will choose the most logical way to do it and stick to it , which is becoming an mechanic engineer . the only problem is I didn’t study and I have only 2 months until university exam , nothing is impossible and somehow I feel like there is a chance to success .

What about the website you may ask , u didn’t ? oh okay I am gonna tell anyway . there will be a blog about engineering or any topic and a library where i share useful content like how to articles or resources like free cad models . since I have left little time to study there wont be lot of content in next 2 months .
